The space

Whether it’s at the beach or in the home, enjoy a hearty meal prepped in a well-equipped kitchen after an eventful day in the water or soak up the last few minutes of sun relaxing with a cold one. With ample amount of yard space, you can enjoy the convenience of our gas grill & newly installed grilling station without having to sacrifice family time. Too tired to do anything but relax on the couch, that’s not a problem with our smart TV you are able to log into your netflix, hulu and other networks for movies on demand. But if TV isn’t your style, don’t worry! We have some board games the whole family will enjoy. Don’t feel like cooking? Take the short trip to The Patriot Grill in Oshkosh to enjoy $8.99 Prime Rib Dinners Friday & Saturday nights. Finish the night off around our firepit, enjoying the Nebraska stars, roasting marshmallows & making memories to last a lifetime. 

Have peace of mind knowing we provide not only in home needs from a well-equipped kitchen to fully stocked bath supplies (including bath towels, hand towels, and wash clothes), but beach supplies as well including a 10x10 canopy, beach chairs, beach towels. 

Feeling adventurous? Take a 10 minute walk across the highway to Omaha Beach, enjoy the beauty of the wildlife & tranquility of Lake Mac. This is also a local hotspot for fishing (not suited for swimming). If you are looking to swim, no worries! Take a 10 minute  (2.5 mile) drive East to Cedar View for swimming beaches and loading/unloading dock for your watercraft. You can also pick up any permits and licenses at JC Cedar View Convenient Store. 

FEW THINGS TO NOTE . . . 

We do require a THREE NIGHT MINIMUM on weekends and holidays from memorial day through labor day. This home is a mobile home/manufactured home and is located in a mobile home park. We are located across from a train, which runs somewhat consistently (it bothers some more than others, but for the most part our guests don’t mind). At Omaha Beach Court, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction and will do what we can to accomplish that, but cannot fix problems we aren’t aware of so don’t be afraid to reach out! We take any and all feedback very seriously and take action swiftly, therefore, we are constantly improving our property, as a result some amenities will not be available until changes are finalized. We apologize for any inconvenience. We are very close to the lake and the inlet which provides beautiful scenery and mesmerizing views, as well as bugs, gnats, and other insects. Pre-approved pets only, with a pet-fee. There will be a fee for unapproved animals.

Guests will be renting the entire Manufactured home.
